Logic 360 is a leading recruiter in the automotive industry and we currently have a great opportunity for an experienced & skilled Parts Advisor for one of our major clients in Doncaster.
As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the issuing of parts whilst ensuring inventory level accuracy. You will also be responsible for ordering and receiving the parts for the site.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Obtaining part numbers and pricing the parts.
Ensuring correct parts are booked onto tracking systems.
Tracking ordered parts and informing customers of potential delays.
Receiving and verifying parts from suppliers and advising of any shortages.
Correctly and safely label and store all parts till required.
Carry out regular stock checks.
Maintain manual and electronic filing and recordkeeping systems.
Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience within the parts environment.
Previous experience in the automotive / workshop environment an added advantage.
Full UK/EU driving licence.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
Great customer service / people skills.
Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
Must adhere to the standards and requirements as set out by the BVRLA (British Vehicle Renting and Leasing Association).
Good, clear communication skills, both verbally and written.
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Shifts: 8:00am – 5.00pm, however flexibility is required depending on the clients needs and business volumes
