Operations Department Officer

Pay Rate: £19 500 to £22 000 per annum depending on experience Location: Doncaster

Type: Permanent

Logic 360 is currently recruiting for an Operations Department Officer.

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Department Officer from all kinds of Automotive backgrounds.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Operations Department Officer:

To ensure smooth transition of inbound and outbound collections agents once they arrive on site.

Responsible for load building on the compound management system.

Answering incoming calls from collections agents.

Dealing with email enquiries.

Data entry.

Providing admin support as and when needed.

Communicate all relevant information in a precise and clear manner.

Ensure the work station is neat and tidy at all times.

Make sure all process and procedures are adhere to.

All ad hoc duties as and when required.

Skills Requirements of the Operations Department Officer:

Experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

Must be computer literate.

Data entry experience will be beneficial.

Attention to detail.

Experience in dealing with customers.

Qualification and Experience required of the Operations Department Officer:

Experience in the Automotive industry will be an advantage.

Full EU /UK Driver’s License with own car.

Shift / Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 16:30PM)
