From entry level to qualified technicians and/or senior management roles, most of our clients require strict vetting of our candidates. Many of the roles we recruit for are based in secure areas, e.g. Airports, and therefore it is a requirement for all candidates to provide relevant and adequate identification and qualifications to support their application with Logic 360.

As standard practice, Logic 360 will always require the following when registering a new candidate:

  • Appropriate form of Identification (Passport, National Identity Card or Full Birth Certificate)
  • Proof of National Insurance Number (NI Card, P45, P60 or other Government issued document)
  • Proof of UK Home Address (Household utility bill, bank statement or other Government issued document dated within the last three months)

As the majority of the roles we recruit for are based at Airport locations, it will be necessary for all candidates to obtain an Airport Security Identity Pass. Logic 360 are Authorised Signatories at some of the UK’s biggest airports and are therefore authorised to issue Airside Security Passes to our candidates on our clients’ behalf. In order to apply for Airport Security Identity Pass you will also need to adhere to the following:

  • Able to undergo a UK Criminal Records Check (Basic DBS or Disclosure Scotland), which provides details of any unspent criminal convictions
  • Able to undergo an Overseas Criminal Records Check if you have lived outside of the UK for a period of 6 months or more within the previous 5 years
  • Pass reference checks that require One Resourcing to obtain references to cover your whereabouts over the past 5 years, including previous employment, education and where necessary personal references that explain any gaps in employment or study

Logic 360 may also require individuals to meet additional criteria to satisfy the job requirements depending on the type of position that you wish to apply for. This may include the following:

  • Medical examination
  • Test papers specific to the position you have applied for
  • A Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) for specific positions
